This camp is designed to help athletes whose goal is to play college softball develop their skills and prepare to play at the next level. Instruction will be provided by the University of Iowa softball coaching staff and current team members. This camp will include hitting mechanics and drills, pitching mechanics and drills, and position specific defensive sessions.

The Hawkeyes Winter Elite Skills Camp is open to any and all high school players in Grades 9-12. This camp will give you a great opportunity to learn from the Iowa Coaching Staff.

Players are encouraged to register early as there are attendance limits, and spaces fill up quickly.

Campers bring their own lunch/snacks. Food will NOT be provided

• 9:15 AM – 10:00 AM Registration Open
• 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM Intros & Warm-Up
• 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM Defensive Stations – split into primary positions
• 11:30 PM - 12:30 PM Hitting Instruction
• 12:30 PM – 12:40 PM Closing Statements

Open to any and all participants in 9th - 12th grade

Iowa Softball Camps are open to any and all participants, limited only by number, age, level, and/or gender, as required by NCAA rules
