University of Iowa Swimming clinics offer an intense and fun learning experience. Head Coach Nathan Mundt and his staff will instruct and demonstrate elite-level strokes, starts, and turns.

• Individual analysis and evaluation on all strokes, starts and turns.

What to Bring

• Swim Suit
• Towel
• Tennis Shoes: For Dry Land Conditioning and walking around campus (NO CROCS)
• Work Out Shorts and T-shirt
• Competitive swimming goggles

Open to any and all participants ages 9*-18

Please Note: This is not a learn to swim camp. Attendees should be able to complete 25 yards of each of the four competitive strokes: Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle.
