The University of Iowa Dance Team is excited to host our annual Summer Intensives for dancers wanting to gain further insight into the style and technique of a college dance team. Dancers will have the opportunity to learn choreography in several different dance styles. Participants will also engage in dance technique sessions and take a master class. There will be opportunities for campus tours with the University of Iowa Admissions office. Overall, the clinic is a great opportunity to learn about the college dance team experience and will be very helpful for those dancers interested in being recruited by the University of Iowa Dance Team. Dancers will be given a t-shirt but will be responsible for securing their own housing and meals.

Each intensive will consist of 3 sessions:
Day 1:
   Session 1: 12:30-4:00pm
  Session 2: 6:00-8:30pm
Day 2:
  Session 3: 9:00am-Noon

Open to dancers going into 8th grade-12th grade and college age dancers.
