Have the opportunity to train in the Transamerica Student-Athlete Training Center at Carver Hawkeye Arena and learn the fundamentals of rowing at the P. Sue Beckwith, MD Boathouse.

Registrants will have their strength, flexibility, fitness and power analyzed by an Iowa Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  Participants will receive a comprehensive sports performance report after the clinic.

Open to any and all Female High School Seniors and Juniors
